Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Call Milly platform. It exists to protect our users, their candidates, and the integrity of our Service. By using Call Milly, you agree to comply with this policy.
Permitted Use
The Service may only be used for:
- Legitimate recruitment and staffing activities, including candidate outreach, availability checking, shift filling, and compliance verification.
- Contacting candidates who are on your database and for whom you have a lawful basis to communicate.
- Activities that comply with all applicable UK laws, including employment law, data protection law, and telecommunications regulations.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Contact individuals who have opted out of communications from your organisation.
- Make unsolicited calls or send unsolicited messages for purposes other than recruitment.
- Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any individual.
- Transmit or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any connected networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
- Use the Service for cold-calling consumers (B2C telemarketing) or any purpose unrelated to recruitment.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
Enforcement
We monitor use of the Service for compliance with this policy. If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or take other appropriate action. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
