Our Business

Call Milly provides AI-powered candidate outreach tools for recruitment agencies and employers in the United Kingdom. We are a technology company — we do not directly supply workers or operate as a recruitment agency. However, our tools are used by organisations in the temporary staffing sector, where the risks of labour exploitation are well documented.

Our Policies

• We operate an Acceptable Use Policy that prohibits the use of our platform for any unlawful purpose, including activities connected to forced labour or exploitation.
• All employees and contractors are required to comply with our Code of Conduct, which includes provisions against modern slavery.
• Our recruitment processes include right-to-work verification and fair employment practices.
• We conduct due diligence on our supply chain, including technology vendors and sub-processors.

Risk Assessment

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain annually. As a UK-based software company with a small team and limited physical supply chain, our direct risk is low. However, we remain vigilant about the sectors our clients operate in and the potential for our technology to be misused.
