No. Milly doesn’t make hiring decisions, ever. She’s just checking if you’re available and interested. All decisions about placements are made by real people at the agency.

Of course. Just say “I’d like to speak to someone” and Milly will connect you straight to a recruiter. She’ll brief them on the conversation so you don’t have to repeat yourself.

Just say “stop” on the call or reply STOP to any text message. You’ll be removed immediately. No follow-ups, no hassle.

You’ll get a text with all the details: location, time, pay rate, what to bring. On the morning of your start date you’ll get a reminder confirmation. You’re booked in and good to go.

You previously registered with a recruitment agency or applied for a role with them. Your details are on their system. Milly is calling on their behalf and doesn’t have her own database of candidates.

Yes. Milly is fully GDPR compliant. Your data stays with the agency that already has it. We don’t sell, share, or use your information for anything other than connecting you with work. You can request your data be deleted at any time.

Yes. Email hello@callmilly.com and we’ll delete your data from our systems within 30 days. You can also request a copy of everything we hold. All handled under UK data protection law.
