Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)
Build the core platform end-to-end. You’ll own features from database to UI across our Next.js/React stack, integrate with telephony and AI APIs, and ship production code daily.
AI/ML Engineer
Improve Milly’s voice intelligence. Fine-tune conversation models, build evaluation pipelines, and work on the AI that makes every call better than the last.
Head of Growth
Own the pipeline from first touch to signed contract. Build and run acquisition channels, define our go-to-market playbook, and scale revenue from early traction to repeatable growth.
Customer Success Lead
Make sure every client gets results. Onboard new agencies, monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and turn early customers into long-term advocates.
